Pizza Bianca with Caramelized Onions and Brie
Ingredients
2 onions
Olive Oil
Thyme
Pizza Dough
Brie
Directions
- Sauté two thinly sliced onions in a pan with a bit of butter and oil and 2 sprigs of thyme
- Slowly caramelize the onions by not fussing over them too much and allowing them to turn a deep brown
- Season with salt and pepper and top your favourite pizza dough with them
- Place into a hot oven and bake until the crust turns golden
- About five minutes before removing from the oven, add as many pieces of Brie as you like.
- Once it has melted it’s ready!
